No, dear sweet girl. You are one of the lucky ones!! I've known a few like you. I'm not so blessed. I get awful tired of "Tuna Surprise".

I feel the same way about fish.
The Catholic Church encourages some act of Penance on every Friday (even those not in Lent), which includes "no meat" as a possibility, as well as other possible sacrifices - extra prayers, etc. That's what I usually do.
Give up dessert/gourmet coffee?
Maybe you have time to pray a rosary?
I'm sure you will be inspired to do some sacrificial act.
God bless you.

In the religious tradition in which I was raised, I was taught that you abstain from certain foods so that you learn not to be distracted by things like food.
Although I'm no longer religious, I still feel it was a good lesson, and I still abstain from those foods sometimes.

God said all foods are good to eat. He did not say not to eat them on Friday. That is a man-made rule.

Perhaps you can cook it really badly, or drink red wine with it.
