I am 20, I have had extreme nausea for a little over a year now the best way I can describe it is I feel like I am pregnant (I am not) foods, smells, drinks every thing triggers it I have seen my family doctor several times and has had me try every medication I have ever heard of(priloset OTC, Prevacid) nothing has worked I have seen a Stomach doctor they gave a colonoscopy and tried to give me a endoscopy several times (this has been three times now) I keep becoming combative under so they cant look at the in side of my stomach. Has anyone heard of this or know of anyone with something similar?

I went through the same thing as you........minus the colonoscopy.

I never found out the reason for my constant nausea, but I've come to believe it was the extreme stress I was living with. Are you under stress with your job, partner, etc? Try making a change if you are. You (and your stomach!) will be glad you did.

I have been dealing w/similar symptoms for years. It tends to revolve around menstrual cycles and headaches. My Dr. diagnosed it as heightened vomiting. When it gets to the vomiting stage I can't ingest ANYTHING to help so I crush Motrin, moisten it and place it on the bend of my elbow and reapply as necessary. Now that helps... You may consider getting your eyes checked too.

not sure if it is the same thing or not but,
my mother and sister have had similar things as to what you are talking about and they have a folic acid deficioncy.....

you can look up signs and symptoms at the mayo clinic site and it can give you an idea of things to consider talking to your doctor about

Go to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to have your nose checked. There are diseases that are connected with this type of thing. I don't know a lot about them, but the specialist would.
