if it has already been prepared, it depends on the date of the milk you used to make it with.if its still in the box, its definitly good

The pudding should be as good as the milk that you used to prepare it. If you left it uncovered, smell it to see if it picked up any of the odors from your refrigerator. I know that foods with fat in it (this case, milkfat) can pick up other odors from your fridge. If you're not sure, see if there has been any discoloration, 'fuzzies' (mold) or weird smells. Do not eat if you suspect anything bad. It's only pudding and it's better to be safe than sorry.

I'm going to say no...It depends on the date of the milk that you used and if it was covered too. I wouldn't eat it.

usually you can keep it for a while. but when it begins to smell like feet, you know you have to throw it away.
