Eggless Banana Pudding

Actually, Yes! I didn't know banana pudding called for eggs, actually. My dad is diabetic, and my mom and I had to come up with another way to make banana pudding - so this recipe is also fat/sugar free! If you are like me, then that SUCKS, and I hate anything with the bland taste of "fat/sugar free", but this is actually pretty good.

We use the Jello brand no sugar/fat banana pudding flavor, use the Philadelphia low fat cream cheese, and the No sugar added, fat free vanilla wafers, and of course, banana slices!!

Decorate however you feel at the moment, chill, and serve! Now that I have succeeded in making myself hungry, I think I'll run to the grocery store!!

Happy cooking, and try not to set anything on fire!
