I guess He might have a good laugh if you asked for something funny. Usually He doesn't laugh at people who pray.

I doubt God needs a speakerphone or anything else. I'm sure we make Him laugh a lot, the Bible is full of Jesus' use of humor to make a point.
However, he does not laugh at us in the derogatory, mean-spirited way you suggest.
Just to be perfectly clear in answer to a ludicrous question.

That and he documents them and markets audio tapes of "international's Funniest Prayer Request" i imagine he's on volume MDCCCLVII. After that the merchandising crew "stupid Productions from God" (see extra examples of their artwork contained in the Bible) has began making "Confessions of the followers..a candid inspect masturbation"
