Here is the link to the public act:

They have no rules in place yet, and even though this goes into effect July 1st, they are likely not going to be ready with anything by then to enforce it.

They have not had a single public hearing to present "preliminary" or "proposed" rules to the industry or the public.

properly, the subject is, in spite of in case you should be 18 or no longer you may get a tattoo in the journey that your mothers and dads are prepared to sign consent varieties. Please evaluate that a tattoo is an eternal addition on your physique and is all to often taken too gently. human beings gets a tattoo they'll think of is cool for a twelve months or 2 and then without notice realize it could no longer have been the suitable determination. So, think of heavily on what your layout would be advantageous that's something you could thankfully stay with for something of your existence. i'm a number of years in to my first 3 tats and thankfully polishing off my fourth, yet in simple terms after very careful thought on what i wanted. save around to your artist and solid luck
