I had chicken fajita I made and put some leftover chinese style rice ontop of the chicken, a lil lettuce, green pepper and chicken sauce* Rolled it up and voila* YUM* I also had a few baby carrots and some grapes*

We had a Luau at work so everyone had to make bring something Hawaiian themed. Pig roast, fresh pineapples, macadamia nut salad (yum), pineapple punch served in cocnuts. It was great since it hasn't stopped snowing in my neck of the woods since yesterday!

BumbleBee Tuna Salad.... perfect for the portion control and cost savings.
