really, all he did was attempt a hostile takeover. It happens in the corporate world all the time.
Is there biblical or extra-biblical documentation about Satan being a serial killer, rapist, or anything?

I know that Satan's not real.
That's why I directed the question to those who believe he is real.

Well you're the afterlife attorney.. perhaps Satan just needed a better PR guy?

Seriously, the jews never viewed him this way. They say that he is actually in God's employ.. a rabbi once explained it to me this way:
He said, "Think of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Slugsworth (satan) was thought to be the villain, but in the end, he turned out to be in Wonka's (God) employ the whole time."
In Judaism (which is where christians say he came from.. that Old Testament), the serpent isn't Satan and he isn't a fallen angel.
The only time he's actually mentioned is in Job, and he presents himself as one of the sons of god. If he were a fallen angel, he couldn't have entered into the presence of God, according to the bible.

See? He just needs better PR. ;)

There in no way has been one single 'Christian' attitude... we've a residing faith in a residing God, a private and spiritual relationship with God and see issues from our attitude. yet you should try this... suffering in this worldwide is the inevitable effect of the autumn... of mankind being in charge for their own destiny... guy isn't in basic terms a social being he's likewise selfish and prepared to allow others to go through so he has extra. Religions grant a thank you to return to divine or religious option techniques forward... a thank you to get good with God and restoration desire. Christ provided Himself a sacrifice for our sins... an act freely given and provided to all who ask... of challenge to go away sinful nature at the back of and awaken our dormant souls. as quickly as awakened or enlightened our souls can stay constantly.

Hey Jack!

Ya know, Satan was the one who told the TRUTH to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden (no, you won't die) and God is the one who fibbed and yet Satan gets bad press.

I think Satan just needs a better marketing package.

We are all happy to blame a non existent personality.
Because of him all our sins are not ours, and he cannot complain, he cannot do anything against us.
In the areas, where people don't believe in the existenvce of a devil, we blame the machinery, the organization, the leadership, the masses...And we individually keep on enjoying our wrongdoings with a silent conscience.

I don't know, but there is plenty of biblical documentation of Yahweh being a serial killer, rapist, and slave supporter.

LJ 2.0 does make excellent points as do you.

I can't recall Satan telling his "people" to kill women, children, babies, even animals while taking over their promised land.

But god did

Has Satan ever flat out just killed anybody ? I can't recall any scripture saying that
