Think of John Nash. He was schizophrenic and he won a noble prize.
Think of Ludwig van Beethoven. He was deaf and he had alot of issues besides that and he composed lots of beautiful music.
There are alot of other people too. Who won prizes and stuff. Don't let these get you down.

You've had a lot of negative things happen so far, but think on the positive side. The good thing is that you've been diagnosed and treated before it was too late.
A lot of people don't get properly treated while they're still young enough to finish college and make something of themselves, but you still have the chance.
If the drugs help you, keep taking them and you'll still be able to have a normal life and do all the things you wanted to.

Actually from what you have said at the end of your statement, you are coping with things quite well. Medication can be a wonderful thing as long as you take it. Keep it up, you are almost done.
