i would like techniques of how to bloack all thoughts of it aswell

Its nothing to worry about, Its only like a pin prick and the nurse will normally talk to you,and trick it on your when you least expect it. Just look straight ahead,Relax and talk to your mum/dad/whoever during it. Thats a good way to block it out.

what really helps is to just relax and don't tense up. just breath deep close ur eyes and say needles are nothing!! im pretty scared of needles too and i had to get 4 shots for a trip i was going to. i knew it was all in my head, and i couldn't let it get to me. just relax and be calm. don't think about the needles think about how in two days you won't even remember it.

No, Don't get the shots.
Seriously, there is a reason your terrified of them.
The American government puts micro-chips inside
of the shots they give the kids for school,
Most of the technology is tracking devices,
And micro chips that control your thoughts.
Call me crazy,
But do your research online...
And you will come to find, I'm not one bit mistaken.
I haven't had a shot in over 13 years,
And I haven't for a reason.
I'm completely healthy....
My personal advice,
Don't do it.
A lot of people say
" Oh, But I have to get it! My mom is making me!
or they say....
" Oh but my school is making me! "
But in all truth....
It's your choice,
You choose to let them inject these harmful chemicals
and technology into your body....
You do have a say in it...
Don't get the shots.

I wouldn't worry about having to get shots. Just close your eyes and think of something nice and before you know, it will be all over and done with. Trust me . All the best to you.

Just go through with it over come your fear of needles and shots dont hurt at all
