Well I'll be honest with you. I have your same condition. I've never thrown up in my life and I drink my *** off almost every single day. I'm a guy and I weigh 179 LBS and I'm 22 yrs old. I can drink all day and not puke no matter what but as far as I go I usually pass out after .25 BAC. No matter what I'm drinking I've been drinking since I was 18. The condition is very dangerous and I would advise you to limit your drinks. As far as it staying in your system longer is no. It takes a body an average of an hour to process a ounce of alachol.

Capacity to throw up? what does that even mean. everyone can throw up. If you drink to much, throwing up is a reaction to prevent alcohol poisoning. obviously it's not 100%, since people still die from it, but it is a first sign that you are going to far. really if you can't throw up for some VERY strange reason, then you just need to make a limit and stick with it. it won't stay in your system longer, throwing up has nothing to do with that, but it can make you drink yourself to death, and that means you will NOT be ok

A body "throws up" because the substance being ejected is too much for the system-this is a non voluntary reflex.
If you drink heavily and do not have the ability to throw up-you will go into toxic shock and end up in the hospital-or worse-count on it

I've never had to throw up after drinking so much alcohol. But YES if you drink too much it does stay in your system longer and you can go into a coma...when you drink excessively, then go to sleep..your body is getting dehydrated and the alcohol is rushing through your entire body/blood stream....cutting off good oxygen*..you could end up starting to vomit but are too drunk to move over..you keep THINKING you're moving but in actual fact you havn't moved an inch...therefore it's possible to choke on your vomit and die*
Try not to drink too much* Not good for your body*

If you drink so much that you might vomit, then there is a dangerous amount of alcohol in you-that's why you throw up. Never drink that much if you are unable to vomit. You might get alcohol poisoning and need your stomach pumped.

i imagine this is like maximum issues in existence there is this style of large volume of alternative aspects to be considered than 2 people possible ingesting a similar volume of alcohol and being affected otherwise. Age, pastime, humidity, body metabolism, blood sugar ranges and tolerance is often aspects that play an element on how a body is stricken via alcohol.

People do throw up when they reach a point that is beoynd the bodys limits, it is its nautral reaction to getting the poision out of it. Not being able to get the poision out could potentioally result in death, while it is unlikely it could happen...
That means you have 2 choices dont drink at all
Or if you do decide you must drink, then keep it with in limits and know your limits!

Not everyone throws up when they consume large amounts of alochol. I don't.
Regurgitation isn't actually a deffinite reaction to the consumtion of alcohol, so if you don't throw up, it's not exactly "dangerous".
However, consuming large amounts of alcohol IS "dangerous" to your liver and your brain.
But we'll all still do it anyway, so if you can't throw up, it's all good.
And wether or not you get alcohol poisoning or not doesn't have anything to do if you can throw it up. If you're going to die of alcohol poisoning, then you're going to get sick or die wether or not you are able to throw up.

Too much alcohol can kill a person. Couldn't tell you how that would be because it depends on your size and how much you've eaten at the time that you're drinking. Just don't drink till you are so drunk.
