Does Smoking Cigarettes Make Your Breasts ( Or penis - for the men ).... Smaller Or Shrink?

I've been told it does....

I always thought it was a myth....
But now, I'm starting to question it...

If you are a young teenager, female or male...
And you are smoking cigarettes,
Does it shrink your breasts, Or prevent them from growing?

And for the males, Does it actually shrink their penis, or prevent it from growing ?

Any opinions are welcome!

Of course not. But cigs do cause lung problems, circulation problems and lots more. Not a healthy thing to do.
