How can I dye Fondant?

I want to know everything about Fondant, do you have some tips? Thank you.

If you are purchasing your fondant already made, just unroll your fondant and place a small amount of the gel coloring in the middle. Begin rolling the color into the fondant with a fondant roller (usually looks like a small plastic weighted rolling pin) adding more color as it is absorbed or to achieve a darker color to your fondant.

If you are making your fondant, you can add some of the gel coloring to the mixture, but this is risky and I tend to just add coloring during the rolling stages.
