You will get more helpful answers if you elaborate. A lot of people are taught that certain things/ thoughts are sins when in fact they are just natural. When you feel compelled to do something, think carefully about the ramifications of what you are doing. Is it going to hurt someone? Is it mean-spirited? Is it unhealthy? If the answer to all of these is no, think about why you believe this is a sin and being given to you by satan. If you can't find a reason that it should be wrong, maybe someone is manipulating you to believe that you shouldn't do something that is, in fact, perfectly fine. Ask yourself why God might want you to not do something. Is this God's law or a human law? If what you are compelled to do is harmful, think about the person(s) it will harm. Think about how it could affect them. How would you feel if you were wronged that way? Morality must come from within us. You and only you have the power to do the right thing. God gave you the ability to know right from wrong and to do what's right. Be strong.

Even though I'm an atheist, I'm not going to tell you there's no Satan, because you clearly believe there is. Either way, if you want to stay away from "sin", YOU need to take responsibility for yourself. Don't blame anyone, OR anything else. Including Satan. Blaming Satan makes it too easy to give "in" to sin, because you can them pass off the blame. Hold yourself completely responsible for your actions, and then Satan will hold no sway over you.
God gave you brains, common sense, and empathy for your fellow man. Use them. Don't disappoint Him by neglecting those gifts that He gave you.

That would be Satan's Victory to make you believe he doesn't exist. Why would you defend yourself from someone that doesn't exist?
The truth is that he is very real and he's out to get everyone on earth. Why? because he is trying to prove himself against God.
He needs to steer you away from God's approval.
His argument is that we don't need God's guidance and that we can govern ourselves. Buy making you sin God won't guide you because you are not approved by him.
You need to pray for God's guidance every day all day. Read the bible which warns you against Satan and teaches how to avoid his temptations.
But keep in mind Satan will not give up until God Destroys Him.
So in the mean time you need God's Guidance.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Grow a backbone and do whatever you want. It's no wonder Satan is depicted with goat's hooves, He's a Scapegoat.
Try taking responsibility for your own actions.

Listen to music that makes you think of the goodness of god and his grace. Christian, Praise, Gospel, whatever. Just drown satan from your mind and invite god into your heart and mind. satan hates happiness and goodness. Let god help be your strength to avoid these temptations.

Only those who have come to God in The Way He prescribes and have received His free gift of Salvation have the authority to drive off the forces of evil... If youare of God's people you may command the forces of evil to depart and leave you alone. you may do this in The Name of Jesus The Christ, by the power of God Almighty...
as for temptation... allmost all temptation is from within you and not from any act of evil... overcomeing yourself is part of coming to God... you need to be as close to God as you can to deal with your weaknesses.
All who come to God in The Way He prescribes will receive His free gift of salvation and become part of The Body of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head. Those are the ones of The True Christian Faith. Only those of The Church will enter Heaven
