Is it ok to use facial/beauty products from different brands at the same time? i currently use Clinique 3 step.

As an esthetician, I can say with complete confidence that mixing products from different lines is totally fine. Saying that one must use all of the products from a single line is more of a marketing ploy than anything else.

I wouldn't recommend it. The chemicals mix together and they can do bad things to your skin like give you a rash, etc. Try to use products from the same company instead of using a bunch of different things.

I mix my facial care products and it works fine for me. I'm mixing Lancome and Biotherm.

i think they have different products in different bottles for a reason. You might cause some bad reaction if you mix chemicals. It might ruin your skin liek cause redness or allergies and all that. I don't think you should mix them.

It's usually a good idea to stick to the same cleansing products. They have ingredients which compliment one another.

yup the more the merrier!!! just kidding - BUT ... they only recommend you use the same line so you buy all the company's products - I mix all the time!!!

As long as they dont have tooo many harsh ingredients than yes it is fine.
