I don't think that God 'rejoices' in the way you are implying he does, because God is 'outside of time and space' and I think that God probably 'rejoiced for all the lost souls that came to him at Christ's crucifixion' ... and that 'rejoicing' started 'infinitely before' and goes on 'infinitely after' ... and that is what makes God so 'amazing' to us 'mortal beings' on Earth.

Not only does God rejoice but all the angels as well when one soul comes to Him. When we love as He loves, I think that makes Him rejoice and the Joy of the Lord is my strength....
No He won't go blind from it but we might be momentarily blinded by His brilliance (until our eyes adjust to Him).

Luke 15:10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

Yes, God does rejoice for the redeemed and I like to think he also rejoices anytime we put him before our fleshly desires. Sorry, God will nevergo blind.

From the Gospel of Matthew -- Ch. 18, v. 12-14: "What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? 13And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. 14In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost."

He rejoices over YOU simply because you are!!!! He created you and he loves you...just as you are...whether you believe in him or not. He gives his love as gift with no strings attached.

Would you rejoice if you saved your child from being hit by a car? It's the same for God, we are his children.

Yes God loves us so much that he rejoces every time that a soul converts over and believes in him. It is another person that he gets to spend eternity with.

God, out of His boundless love, creates all souls eternally perfect.
He who chooses to deny Him, feels unsaved, and suffers hellish fire.
He who chooses to do His Will, feels pleased, and enjoys heavenly bliss.
And this is the transient condition of change on this earth.
