If you had proof that you asked that the company insure your truck, go back to that company & present it to them - did they give you an ID card? Did you pay premium for the vehicle? Also, did you LOOK at your policy when it came in the mail to be sure it was correct?
IF you can prove that you requested coverage (& when it was requested), the company may go back and cover the accident & there will be no problem. It may be a fight but it sounds like it will be worth it.
Good luck.

Your criminal expert subsidized out, because of the fact the declare isn't nicely worth something. If the guy in the back of you had no injuries that mandatory scientific scientific care, then they're assuming your minor "injuries" have been exaggerated. they do no longer could furnish you any funds. An criminal expert can't paintings for 30% of $a million,000 on a case like this, assuming your scientific charges have been even that top. decrease value any chiro charges - gentle tissue injuries self pick in some weeks, even without "scientific scientific care". in case you prefer to hire a criminal expert, at $250 an hour, i'm beneficial you could. yet I doubt you will even get your criminal expenses out of it. basically considering the fact which you obtain hit, would not propose you're getting a great payout. They fixed your motor vehicle. you're completely positive now. They did applicable via you.
