Keep track of the days and times they're calling, for a week or so, then call your phone company. They will be able to find out where the calls are coming from and will send a letter to the company.
Or, try getting a "telezapper." They work pretty well.

This is real simple- tell them to remove your number. Explain it and they'll take your number off, usually right over the phone. If they don't get an address and write them. I just got cable phone and some lady owed everybody money, including a vet's office. Every single creditor removed me and hasn't called back.

You can get call screening that will make the caller ID who they are and you can pre-program the service to automatically block or send certain numbers to voicemail, so when this number calls, the service will take care of it and your phone will never even ring. (Talk to your local phone compny service may not be available in all areas) In which case you should just change your phone number.

That way you have a record of charge and that they could't song down your economic business enterprise account. they could upload expenses, yet that relies upon on the contract you signed with them. meanwhile, save sending them money orders and tell them you will lay harassment expenses in the event that they do no longer quit bothering your mothers and dads.

Have the number blocked. If you actually talk to them, get the name of the company (and the name of the rep calling) and report them. myfairdebt.com

Block the numbers that are calling you. Unfortunately, you have to pay for this feature.

Kaligirl is correct. I had SAME problem. The phone co wants you to jot down each and every time they call, exactly what time and date....then present it to them. They will track it down.
