Im having trouble with my computer. Over the last few weeks less and less things are working! The only thing that will connect is my Creative Zen. I got one for my dad and I cant connect his to the computer, the software is installed properly but the mp3 isnt being recognised on the computer. Recently the same has happened to my digital camera, it is not being recognised on the computer, when i click on the programme for the camera it says i need to install macromedia flash, i have the latest version of this installed on the computer. Has anybody any ideas? Its wrecking my head!

Do you keep your computer in good health?

You need to do disk clean up. disk defragment, virus scans, spyware scans every week everyday if you can. this will keep your computer "happy" It sounds like you have alot installed on your computer try uninstalling programs that you dont use anymore (remember to do this the correct wat by going to control panel -> add/remove programs)

Hope that helped.

windows has a restore point, if things have recently stared going bad you may have a virus. make sure you have a protection on your system. easiest way to find your restore backup is to go to search (just press start menu). and type in restore.

Good luck
