there are many scripture where He has...where? no not changed His mind but actually repents asking forgiveness and going a different way about somethings

I would expect an omnipotent god, an entity/deity capable of conceiving and creating a universe to be above making petty human errors for which repentance would be necessary. For the preceding reason, I find it difficult to believe in the biblical god who behaves paternally and vengefully, when obviously he should be of an intelligence incomprehensible to mere mortals, likewise able to understand their frailties and imperfections since he produced them; there is nothing simplistic in the inciting of a cosmos -- just stand outside on clear night and contemplate how you or god might cause such an incredible reality to transpire...

Repentence means turning back to God after an act of rebellion against Him (sin). Since God has never rebelled against Himself, He has no need of repentence.

I seem to recall a passage in the Talmud that read that God occasionally prays (presumably to himself) for patience and mercy. Apparently he has moments like the rest of us when he has to close his eyes, count to ten, and remind himself to breathe in, breathe out...

And doesn't God repent having created mankind before destroying over 99.9% of humanity with the Great Flood?

He probably can - he has the power to do anything and everything. He created all. He does not need to repent for anything and i doubt he ever has...

God doesnt change his mind, nothing comes wrong in his mind, so what he thinks is right and correct, he never thinks wrong, so why changing mind, if nothing comes wrong in your mind ?
