How can I find my father? Please help!!!!?

I know his name is David Lee. He went to Prarie VIew A&M in the late 70's and early 80's. He is originally from the Chicago area. He's african american about 43-47 years of age. I don't have alot of money how can I find him? Alot of searches on the internet are limited unless you pay. Please help me.
