i deleted some file while ago, even from the recycle bun.by mistake. is there anyway to restore them?

Some files can be restored, but only if they have not been written over. Install a date recovery program eg PC Inspector File Recovery or Recuva and then run the program, Save on a different drive from that which they were deleted on. You must act as soon as possible, as once the files has been written over there is nothing you can do.

Unfortunately, there is no way to restore them without expensive applications used by legal investigators. It has removed all links to the files from memory, and although those can be reactivated, it is extremely difficult without a scan of the memory, which is why the software is generally used in investigations- if a file containing evidince of a crime is deleted, they may recover it. If you have deleted it from the recycle bin, though, there is a chance the memory has already been reused. It's essentialy impossible, sorry!

Recuva (pronounced "recover") is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!

Go to that little recycle bin thats on your desktop, and everything you deleted should be in there, just drag it to your desktop then you'll be good
