Now, this is not exactly a matter of religion & spirituality, ...unless you work in a convent, or you're a feminist angel. If it is the latter, I should warn you to be very, very careful: the last time your manager has been asked - quite rudely, though - for a raise, the employee ended up being fired, took it personally and has tried ever since to sabotage the whole business.

Oh yeah, pray for it, that'll help. Help to waste your breath!!

Seriously, ask her for an employee review then see if the subject comes up. That's what I would do. Or you could ask her what the raise scheme is at your job - that might put the idea in her head.

Sure if you feel like you have earned one. Instead of asking for one I might would just suggest she consider it. Often, if we leave it up to others to give us what we are worth they aren't gonna do it. They are too busy pinching pennies, to fill their own pockets. When we know that we deserve more than we are getting, I think we do need to speak up for ourselves and let others know. Good Luck

Pray to Jehovah God through Jesus and ask for His wisdom and guidance. If you are a honest hard worker I'm sure you could get a raise if you ask :O)

Old saying..."If you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by asking, then by all means ask."
