I'm wondering if any of these items can help detect the presence of the Holy Ghost: digital thermometers, EMF (electromagnetic field) scanners, infrared and night vision cameras, handheld digital video cameras, and/or digital audio recorders??

I don't think God wants us to see the ghost. I mean, he did make the ghost to never be seen by humans.

He's the Holy Spirit, not some physical manifestation of your psychosis. Plain and simple, humans do not linger around after death, and they certainly would not leave some form of detection.
He doesn't eminate any of that sci-fi nonsense
