call 9-1-1 now if you think you are having one.
if you can still read me, you might be having a panic attack or anxiety attack... it feels like you are dying... exactly like a heart attack.

Usually presents with a combination of these symptoms; chest pain, left sided arm and or jaw pain, sweating, dizziness, sometimes an impending sense of doom. Person can sometimes have a sallow color as well. Also nausea with or without vomiting. You should dial 911 if you feel that you're having a heart attck. Also take an aspirin, it helps with thinning of the blood.

severe chest pain. difficulty breathing. severe left shoulder pain. if you have any of these symptoms get to the hospital fast!!!!!!!!
