I don't know, but I adore him. He, Pieter Bruegel, and a vision of leather clogs on a cobbled street are the reasons I think I was Flemish in a past life. :D

I used to have a poster of the Garden of Earthly Delights triptych right next to my bed. Good times.

I have fun with paintings for what that's, no longer for the ideals of the artist that could have stimulated what they painted, sculpted, geared up. As for music, i will no longer be able to assert I take exhilaration in that which has an outright non secular topic, yet even if i do no longer take exhilaration in united states western music the two. those are with reference to the only 2 genres of music i do no longer shield.

I enjoyed his artwork while under the influence of mind-altering chemicals. It's quite possible he created them while under the influence of their precursors.

So maybe he was sucking or chewing on moldy rye at the time.
