Where is a place to get married within an hour of Watertown, NY?

We are basically eloping, just my fiance, myself, our 2 kids and a witness or two will be there. We want to get married within an hour away from Watertown, NY, but don't know where to look because neither of us has lived here very long.

How about a park or even a yacht....it was be intimate, quiet, and very personal.
