Yes a Muslim man can marry a women who is not a Muslim herself and she will not be under any obligation to accept the Islamic faith if she doesn't want to.

A Muslim man can marry a woman who is either Jew or Christian, and is pious, honest and of good and noble character. However, it is highly recommended for a Muslim man to marry a Muslim woman instead of a Jewish or Christian woman because of the problems that raise between a Muslim husband and a Jewish/Christian wife, like..

1. Whether their child would be Muslim or not.
2. whether the wife should wear hijab.
3. whether the wife can drink beer.

and obviously the differences in two faiths.

It is also obvious that a Muslim woman, regardless of who she is, is better suited to a Muslim man than a woman of Christian or Jewish faith, regardless of her merits.

(unless she wants to be beaten by the husband based on islam laws) and i think its illeagal or its a sin for the girl to find a job..
