I read that if you get a tat on your wrist (which I want) that you have a chance of a "blow-out". What the heck is it?

yep number 2 is correct. But i have a tat on my wrist and it healed great with no problems. Tat bollow outs can happen any where. Just take good care of it and it will be fine

a blow out is when the veins in you part getting tatted up blow or explode it is not good but not horrible as normmaly it is just a small vein. if you have protruding veins in your wrist then you don't need to tempt it cuz it could cause some medical issues

A blow out is a afro. Seriously I've never heard of this in tattoo terminology
