How do you know you are right?

The first two answers are intelligent, they sound like they came from rational, objective, open minded thinkers.

The third... well, not so much

I don't. I am learning new things every day; I may have a strong suspicion that I am right on some things, based on my experiences thus far, but it's always possible that I am wrong, and I'm certainly wrong about at least a few things.

However, the fact that I could be wrong is not reason either to stop asking questions, or to stop answering them. All people are fallible in the same way; the best we can do is to try and learn as much as possible, and put our ideas to the test in an environment where we can see whether our views conform to reality. There is always the risk that some cherished belief of ours will be destroyed in the process, but the long-term benefit--a greater (though still imperfect) understanding and appreciation for life and the universe--is worth the sacrifice of some illusions.

I don't "know" I'm right. I think I'm probably right about some things, and wrong about others; in order to differentiate the two, I try to gather more information, more experience, more evidence, more ideas. In the meantime, I assert certain things as being true, but only for the sake of ensuring that I learn if there are any good counterarguments or conflicting evidence.

How do my actions and beliefs line up with the Word of God? His Truths are Absolutes, they can't be proven wrong, and we are Blessed for following them!

"Certainty" can be acheived in a number of ways. The higher you set your threshold of evidence, the more strength you have in your certainty.

Because I listen and obey JEHOVAH GOD and HE is the GOD OF TRUTH. Man is the reason why we're in this mess in the first place !!! Man has dominated man to his injury.
