No, drinking does not lead to cheating. The cheater will cheat whether he or she is drunk or not. If you don't trust her, it might be insecurity on your part or it may be that you know what kind of girl she is anyway. Figure it out and stop tormenting yourself.

Drinking does *not* inevitably lead to cheating.
Alcohol use lowers a person's inhibitions and makes them less likely to think of consequences, but it doesn't force anyone to do anything against their will. A person has a choice -- if they feel they are weak in the area of fidelity, they shouldn't drink in situations where they could make a mistake. And if they can choose to leave at any time.
If a person is strong and committed to their relationship, drinking isn't going to change that.
But the fact is, if you think your girlfriend cheated on you, all you can do is ask her. Either you trust that she'll tell you the truth, or you won't believe her no matter what she says. After the conversation, you can choose what to do based on what you hear.

Don't think for a minute that she won't cheat on you. The real question is why she wants to go without you? Clearly she is interested in trying new guys. Consider it too late, let her go and find someone new.

um it can and thats why you shouldnt drink
and also you dont know who or what you are sleeping with i mean your man could go get drunk and wake up the next morning in a dudes bed sick i know but it happened to a friend and thats why i never have had a drink and also its just stupid

in my experience, yes- drinking leads to cheating. especially if theres no chance for you to find out. maybe though, your relationship is strong enough that she will be faithful. there is always that chance.
