CAPS LOCK: ON/OFF notification on Windows Vista right hand corner. How Do i turn it off?

It's not Vista. It's your keyboard utility that's doing that. Disable that in msconfig and you should be all set. Of course... you'll have to check all the entries in msconfig online to find out which one it is. But Vista does better at telling you what the various entries are. You're on your own to find it.
