my next door neigbor i mean this persons door is two feet form my door! well my neighbor's daughter is very abusive to her brother she is 15 and he is 13 last night she was yelling some horrible things and i guess she ended up hitting him in the face causing him a black eye their parents ( dad and stepmom) werent home but it got really ugly! i didnt say anything but the boy came to my house to wait for the parents to get home. i feel i should have said something but i didnt because i feel like it is none of my buisness! but is feel like if something realy bad happens it will kinda be my fault for not saying or doing anything about it! what do you think? should i keep my big nose out of it? or should i call someone?

Since its not a parent hitting him but a sib, I would stay out of it. What sis doesnt realize is this kid is going to suddenly grow much bigger than her real soon. She will get hers soon.
Keep providing him a safety place though. You are a good neighbor to him.

It might cause problems with the neighbors but what i would do is confront them about it. Tell them they need to get control over what the girl is doing to the little boy. Say you dont really want to get involved but seeing him injured has really got you concerned. Iwould also tell them that if he continues to show signs of injury you might be forced to go to social services. Hopefully this will scare them into doing the right thing and handeling the situation. You might also want to suggest counseling but that may be going a bit too far. If the boy keeps coming around with suspicious injuries and the sister is still hurting him physically than you might need to call social services. Fighting among siblins is normal but the kid shouldnt be scared to go home or be getting serious injuries at the hand of his sister.

I wouldn't just sit by and watch this little boy be abused by his sister.
I would either call the cops or tell his parents. I would tell them what happened.
Next time, if you can I would tape it, so you can show it to them or the cops.
You don't want this boy to get really injured.
Does the sister do that, when the parents are home?

This is a sticky situation. If you say something to your neighbor, you could open a can of worms. Perhaps you should call the cops if you feel someone's life is in danger. Good luck ;)

Tell his parents if they don't want to help him then you should call the police . I for one would not like it if my sister where to hit me in the face and someone heard what she had done . you know just as well as I do this girl could hurt him and what then . Tell the parents and like I said if they will not help him then step up to the plate and help this kid .

You are right to feel guilty. You need to do something! Call the police or childrens services. That boy needs someone to advocate for him and I'm sorry, but it has to be you! Do the right thing!

try to talk wht them if that does not help tehn call the poilce that will solve it if it soednt take it to court
