There is no option to pay by cash with any method. According to the College Board's website, you can only pay by credit card online to complete the registration. By United States Postal System, they accept payment by check, money order, or credit card. On stand by, it says no cash.

can't you just pay the day of the exam? send a check, if not. or find out what school near you is offering the exam and see how you can arrange payments there.
