I was in China and I got this recipe for (in translated terms) "cat steak." I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this and what the meat taste like. I will cook something up tonight.

I definitely agree that you would get shot for doing something messed up like that. Would you like to try dog as well? The chinese eat that too. I'm sure it's pretty gross. Dogs and cats are carnivores, none of the other animals humans normally eat are carnivores because they taste bad b/c they eat other animals. Besides which, you wouldn't eat your human friend, or any human for that matter, why would you eat someone's furry friend? That's just mean.

I think I would do a lil more research before eating something called "cat steak"..... Especially coming from China, they have very bizarre "delicasies" If you have an asian market near you I am sure they can tell you about it. Who knows it might be like rabbit, frog legs here and taste like chicken.

ah ,com on you got to be kidding, that is a pet , and against the law here ,your not in china that's nasty and just plain sad that they do that,just because they eat cat steak doesn't make it right.
