Yes you can if you prefer it to be cooked more. Microwave is the fasted method but often leads to tough meat so if time permits put it in a skillet in the oven.

just put some lemon juice or some sort of citrus on it it will cook the meat the rest of the way if your dont want to eat it when its like that

Yes if you have stored it correctly since it was first cooked and is not too many days old - colour and smell are good indication.

Made me wonder. I wouldn't do it but I looked at the previous answers. Even after microwaving it to death, I still wouldn't eat it & I'm not fussy!
