A citizen of Sri Lanka does require a temporary (tourist) visa to enter Canada. I would suggest contacting the local Canadian Embassy as soon as possible as Easter isn't that far off. Their is an application you can view on-line and a $75 fee for a single entry visa.
You will need to show that you have sufficient funds which isn't too hard for only 2 weeks, show you plan to leave ie return to London to finish school, and be of decent health with no criminal background. With your application and fee you will need your passport and 2 passport photos.

When applying for a tourist visa for Canada, you need to have sufficient fund for your stay, letter from your school stating that you're coming back for your study, letter of invitation if you've got friends or relatives in Canada which is notarized and includes these info's of the person being invited:
Complete name.
Date of birth.
The person’s address and telephone number.
Your relationship to the person being invited.
The purpose of the trip.
How long the person you are inviting intends to stay in Canada.
Details on accommodation and living expenses.
The date the person you are inviting intends to leave Canada.
(Also the info's of the person who is inviting you....:)
Complete name.
Date of birth.
Address and telephone number in Canada.
Occupation.
Whether you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
A photocopy of a document proving your status in Canada. For instance, a Canadian birth certificate if you were born in Canada or a Canadian citizenship card if you are a naturalized citizen. If you are Permanent Resident, you must send proof of your permanent resident status (a copy of your PR card or your IMM 1000 proof of landing).
You might be required to go for a medical exam from the Canadian embassy in UK to their own medical doctors which you will pay, to prove that you're healthy, passport or proof of who you are..... Also that you didn't commit any criminal conviction which includes impaired driving while under substance etc. etc.
