I went to the doctor and they put me on a antibiotic but was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to relive the pressure while the antibiotics are working?

take a hot bath, and get your hands really wet and warm, and then place your hands on your face, breathe in the steam. another good one, is to put a pan of water onto boil, then get a face towel, and cover the pan and your face together so you can breathe the steam. my favorite medicine is excedrin tension headache that stuff is AWESOME! its so good, i call it my massage in a bottle lol. you won't believe how quickly you will feel better! drink lots of water too. hope you feel better soon hun!
