Me and my boyfriend have been going out for two years and he wants to marry me but the only problem is than my sister is in love with him he does not know it but I don't want to hurt her by marrying him what should I do

I'm sorry hunny but your sister is so wrong she is in love with someone that you love she needs to back off and stop being so selfish are you really going to miss a chance to have a great guy for your sisters feelings she will get over it but only if you tell her that's so not OK
she should have respect for you and love you enough to not try to stop you from being happy
and I'm sorry but what she is doing is a little twisted and you are letting her do it
go and have a happy life and marry the guy and i think you are so sweet for trying to not hurt your sister and I'm sure you will have a great marriage babe

You seriously need to sit your sister down alone and talk with her about how she loves your boyfriend in a calm concerning way, and try to get her to see that it's never going to happen between him and her and she needs to let these feelings go. after she accepts this and agrees and you believe she will, then you tell her you plan on marrying him. You cannot allow your sister to love your boyfriend this needs to stop, and furthermore you need to NOT be concerned that she will get hurt by YOU marrying him he is after all your boyfriend not hers and never was hers so this needs to be put out on the table. however the end ends don't turn him away because of this in anyway...

You are twisted. Let me get this straight, it is somethings you are leaving out. Either you knew your sister, was already in love with this man, and you out of vanity took him, to toy with your sister, and now you have been with this man in your sister's face flaunting him for 2 years, which it a cruel mental game to play on your sister's emotions. Otherwise, why would you care if you have been with someone you obviously care about for 2 years, and he wants to marry you, and you worried about marrying him because your sister is in love with him?

craziest reason i ever heard for not marying some body
that is your sisters problem
if you both love each other you get married
irrespective of anybody else who happens to fancy your boyfriend
your sister will get over it and find her own boyfriend
but be carefull
this is how a lot of affairs can begin later on ,when they are alone and you are pregnant or out working

This is a though situation... I honestly feel that family is more important then any man... I think the best thing for you to do is have a heart to heart talk with your sister and see how she would feel about it... if she has a good heart then she will tell you that she wants to see you happy and if marrying your boyfriend makes you happy then she will truly be happy for you...

YOU do what YOU want to do.... why is your sister in love with him?? hes YOUR man.... for two years. Your sister needs to realize that you are with him, not her...nothing and no one should stop you from getting married if you want too!

first of all...how do u know ur sister is in love w/ ur bf? second of all...u should tell him. he has a right to know that someone close to u is in love with him. so he can explain to ur sister that he loves u. so she can forget about him and find someone else to love. and if u love him then tell ur sister that u love him more than anything in this world and u dont wanna hurt her by marrying him but hes ur soul mate. confront both of the other people in this situation and take it from there.

Talk to her. It is important that you marry the man you want: remember that he is going to be your new family and the other relations comes after him. Therefore take a stand now, if you love him, and talk openly to your sister. It is not a game, it is your life!
