Wow! Colds usually don't last like that.

When you feel a cold coming on, don't wait for it to be full-blown. Start right then taking extra Vitamin C to help you rebound faster. Take garlic tablets too. I've heard echinecea is good for that sort of thing too, but not if you're allergic to ragweed.

While the cold is there, drink hot lemon and honey and hot soup. Drink extra water and fruit juices. And rest as much as you can. Also, use zinc lozenges for your throat.

Good luck!

Zeek, sorry your so sad :( I hope you feel better though! Look, the reason i'm writing is, cause I get the same problem. What happens is you keep on giving yourself the cold by touching stuff that is in your house. What you need to do is keep taking your Vitamin C, lots of rest, and keep your hands, cloths, and bed wear as clean as possible. Good Luck to you, and I hope you feel better.

Wow, your defenses seem to be really low. You need to drink like 3 glasses of orance juice a day. Try also some Oscillococcinum. You'll find it at any drugstore, it's cheap, it's natural and it works.
