If so what is its form and why is it there? Can bad choices lead a person to that? Are there boundries that once you cross you can't come back over?

Evil is an illusion. Evil is the absence of something, not a presence. The proper catalyst neutralizes evil. It might be knowledge, spiritual awareness, psychological help, love, or any one of several things that can act as a catalyst. If evil is caused by a biological imbalance, it can be modified by chemicals. Too simplistic and childish to believe in pure evil.

Everyone has the potential to do both good and evil, they go together for where you find one there is always the other. The results of good intentions can be very negative, likewise a seemingly bad event can evoke good fortune. Even serial killers serve a positive purpose as they provide publishers and film makers with material to make their living, and without criminals there would be no need for the employment of thousands of people such as lawyers, policemen, judges, jailers, security firms, law makers etc. Even national security depends upon having an enemy, the entire US military would be obsolete without someone 'evil' to fight, so the two are in a secret conspiracy

No. Neither is there pure good. Good and Evil are artificial constructs. They are based on any sentient being's point of view. If you were starving and someone stole all of my food and gave it to you, is the person evil? He would be to me, but (especially if you didn't know where he got the food) he would not be to you. To paraphrase the old Kung Fu TV series: Master Po asks "If I were to pull the fish from the pond and place it before the cat, have I done evil or good?" "To the fish, I have done the greatest evil, but the cat believes I did good"

What we call evil in people is their ability to perform acts that the vast majority of people judge as evil without any apparent remorse. Better to think of it as the "evil" person is psychologically ill or misguided. Most people see terroism as evil. Terrorists do not. They judge their deeds as good because they believe the acts further a cause that they believe is good.

No, because one has to outline the idea of "purity of evil." Are accurate right here are both evil, or are some worse than others? Hitler Stalin Manson Bundy in a great number of approaches, Manson become/is extra willfully evil than the very evil yet besides very paranoid Stalin, yet the latter killed far extra people. How can we gauge such evil?

The people who have only true evil in them are serial murderers. Especially the ones like Jack the Ripper, the Vampire Killer of Sacramento, the Zodiac, and Jeffery Dahmer. Of course, the list of known serial criminals is very long.

No, just as pure good does not exist in people (or in gods)

Truth is evil and good are nothing more than societal standards set up by the hierarchy of men. There is no right and wrong, its all circumstancial, I have a set of beliefs as does every other person on the planet (and likely every animal as well) but the problem occurs when one person tries to exert their beliefs or desires onto another person.

Interesting notion. I've never been able to grasp the concept of pure evil, because far too many evil things contradict each other.

I don't believe in "pure" evil. Evil is the perversion of good things, anything can be used for evil purposes.

Yes pure evil exists in some people so that they can destroy weaker versions of our species.
