Depends...the smaller your breasts are, the more breast implant you'll need. Seriously though, in the Detroit area you can get breast implants from reputable clinics starting around $2,500.00 (and many places do their own financing). The upper-class clinics in the more hoity-toity neighborhoods charge more.
