You need TIME. If she has a new bf, she'll be enjoying the novelty. Give her a little time until the initial enthusiasm wears out and then call her maybe for just a walk or a chat or a movie, write nice letters to her, or send her flowers one day, or send her a simple postcard with your best memory of your time together...

If she already got a new boyfriend then she wasn't interested in you. It would be difficult for you to get her back. Let it go. If she likes you, she will brake up with him.

Tell her how you feel, and tell her that you still like her. It may be possible she feels the same way, and wants you back as much as you want her back.

Seriously don't bother. If she has dumped you then she doesn't want to be with you anymore. You can't force someone to like you, so just forget about her and find someone else.
