that's sweet. I always love a guy that can show his emotions. That will let his guard down and be who he really is and can open up around you. I also love geeks, nerds and dorks, cuz I'm one of them lol. Also I am the same way with movies and songs. I'm very empathetic and I feel and read people well. So I understand.

it depends on how dramatic he gets. crying is fine. there's nothing wrong with it. it's a natural part of emotion human men and women have, not just women. if you don't have it then you might not be human or you have a cold heart. some people can't cry or let out their sadness or happiness. but some people just hold it in due to pride and arrogance. i respect and look up to a man that can be human and not bottle everything inside. i just don't like when they act like a school girl and go hysterical for petty reasons. it's kind of embarassing to watch. i'd say save those cry pity parties for yourself men. but it's alright to shed a few tears over a song or a movie. doesn't hurt your pride or anyone else. just don't go soaking your girlfriends shoulder over a movie or song. maybe over a death or something. but i think its perfectly normal otherwise. hope that helps

I think it's great. As long as it's not wailing and over the top crying. And prefferably not all the time...the girls are supposed to be the emotional ones. But crying a little and crying at touching and emotional things is hot.

Hey I do the same thing but I am a female and its not that unusual for us to be sentimental. I think Men are taught at an early age, thats its unmanly to cry. My Fiancee rarely crys either but when he does it reminds me that he is human and has a heart.

I would only be OK with it if he were in excruciating physical pain, or if somebody died. After that, forget it. Not even I cry during movies.

As long as it's not over stupid things ("Waaaah! I got a speeding ticket!" or "Omg, I spilt my coffee!") then I'm all for men getting emotional.
Btw, I think it's stupid that anyone gets emotional over speeding tickets or spilt coffee, male or female. It's your own damn fault!
