Could it be Satan?
Clearly since the bible doesn't mention god creating the Internet, it must be a work of the devil.

People on the internet are anti Christian alot of the times because young people are fed up with Christianity and the pushing of their beliefs onto them. The information age has allowed them to pick up relevant informatin that leads them to other conclusions and they begin to resent the sheltering of Christianity and the arrogance of alot of Christians that claim to have all the answers.

It could be your approach. When Christians come to the Buddhist Chat Room, as they do every day, they announce that one and all are going to hell, if they don't claim to love and worship some Deity who will cheerfully allow them to be tortured eternally for their lack of perception. Are people to be blamed for what they can or cannot see? No one is wrong on purpose! No loving being would behave in such a fashion. It does try ones patience to hear this nonsense from a person who is obviously worshiping a knucklehead out of fear repeated ad nauseum. I like Jesus, but you guys got him all wrong. You embarrass him.

Are you sure you have your facts straight? When I Google "Christianity", I get 44 million hits. When I Google "Atheism", I get only 10 million hits.
Perhaps you feel this way because you were sheltered from disbelief until you found the Internet. There's a whole 'nother world out there....

because of your shameful and appalling history of violence, malice and hipocracy
ie. : did you know the last time the catholic church castrated young boys ( the castrati ) to maintain their "angelic" voices for the papal choir was 1938 ?
how many rabbis or mullahs do you hear of that molested boys?
x-tians are the most condescending sheep ever and would destroy free thought, free speach and democracy
have you not heard of galileo or torquemada or how the catholic church never spoke out against nazism ?
or how the new born again churches are fleecing their flocks ?
humans have imagined all sorts of gods, demons, and hobgoblins.
the simple truth is there is no god
and yet you religious loonies would kill each other in the name of some god.
how sick is that ?

The internet is a selective force for intelligent people. Intelligent people have a somewhat higher occurance of atheism, statistically speaking, than idiots.
This is not to say there are no smart christians or no dumb atheists, just that atheism is better represented in the intelligent population than the dumb or general population.

Christians often get on and start preaching and judging everything they see here. This is both rude and bad form. Christians here tend to speak against matters protected by free speech. This is the ultimate freedom, the Internet. People who judge or preach are very unwelcome.

EASY ANSWER! Why is the entire world so "anti-christian". Because the world despises Christ, therefore it will despise Christians. Matthew 5 last verse of the Beatitudes.
