I am wanting to get a car loan. I have recently paid off a $5,000 loan and I have 3 credit cards with the total debt on them less than 30% of my total available credit all together. I have paid some credit card payments a day late at the most. will this hurt me getting a car loan?

It may make your interest rate a little higher. I think you'll be okay though. Since you're never more than 30 days late, creditors don't really mind.

I think you will probably be fine. There are so many options out there for people with credit issues. And, paying credit card payments a day late will not affect your credit most likely. This site might have some helpful info. for you too. Good luck! http://loan.divinfo.com/

Depending on the rest of your report it actually sounds like you will have no problem getting a car loan with a decent interest rate.

If you want to be sure, it might be good to pull your credit score. It will cost you around $15 each from each of the 3 credit agencies(TransUnion, Equifax, Experian). If you go to myfico you can get your actual FICO Score.
