It looks like an older bike and there are appear to be no websites for that maker.

Look at the 'old roads' link below. Someone in a thread there posted that the bike was manufactured by Nissan.

There where a few of these bicycle manufactures in the late 80's early 90's. Kuwahara was similar from what I can recall.

There won't be much on-line But if you try a forum that specialises in older bicycles you might get lucky.

The only thing on these, that is out of the ordinary is the rear cluster. They could have up to seven speeds. They are an early type cassette with the smallest gear "screwing on". They are not compatible with modern cassettes.

A couple of chain whips will get the cassette off. You could then install a modern freewheel. (if you want more then seven you will need to stretch the frame.
