Make Chicken Parmigana
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
A few eggs
Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
A few tablespoons olive oil
Flatten your chicken breasts, dip in beaten egg, then dredge in dry breadcrumbs, coating well. Preheat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken breasts until done--approximately 5 minutes or so per side.
Place cooked chicken breasts in a large baking dish and pour a jar of spaghetti sauce over the top of them. Top with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle on a little parmesan, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

cook macaroni al-dente and brown the beef
spice it up as you like.
i use garlic powder, onion powder, parsley &oregano, a pinch of hot pepper
throw in a caserole dish and toss around with sauce to make a soupy mixture. top with shreded mozzerala and chedder, and sprinkle with itailian bread crumbs if you like. bake in 350 oven about 30 min. or when cheese is melted and bubbly
you can make home made pizza with what ever bread product you have on hand. i toast em a little 1st. then add sauce and toppings. bake in 350 oven till cheese melts. good snacks for the kids.
i buy frozen breaded chicken patties, dip in sauce , put on a foil lined baking sheet, top with your choice of cheese or cheeses bake for 30 min. or cheees is melted
serve on toasted hambuger buns
you can also make some soups.

Take a package of italian sausages or polish sausages.
Put in the slow cooker, sausage, 1/2 cup water, cut up green bell pepper, a dash of worstishire sauce, onion cut up, and sauce.
The sausage gets tender yummy. the longer your cook it the better.

Fill some green bell peppers with rice and diced veggies, place in baking pan, pour sauce all around and over, bake at 350 for about 45 minutes-stuffed green peppers. Yummy Or use it as a fondue sauce with garlic bread, potatoes, and tortellini to dunk in it.

Try using the sauce with sauteed chicken breasts and vegies, or over inexpensive cuts of steak or italian sausages with grilled peppers and onions.

You could use it for chicken cacciatore. Just combine it with some browned chicken, garlic, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Simmer till chicken is cooked, serve over plain rice if desired.
