All liberals would be afraid to say such a thing face to face with a real muslim.

I would tell him in person that I believe his religion is mistaken about Jesus Christ. To say "Islam is evil", apart from the fact that there is evilness in the whole human race, would be unfair and biased.

I have done so very many times...but maybe I was wrong since all Muslims are not evil. Different groups of Muslims have different interpretations of the Quran.

Yes, I would be afraid to tell a Muslim in person that Islam is evil, because lying can have grave consequences.

No..........since I am a Christian, and do not believe that all Muslims ARE evil. I would not be afraid.........I just would not think it is appropriate. I know and am related to very nice Muslims.

I'm not afraid to discuss the backward aspects of any religion with anyone - Islam, Christianity, Judaism, etc. And believe me, they all have a lousy record.

personally i don't think that we're here to be bashing on other religions.. i know many moslems who are very kind and loving people.
over and over again God teaches us that we should love others, even our enemies.
Matthew 5:43-48
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Romans 13:10
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
1 John 4:8
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1 John 4:11
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1 John 4:20
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
1 Corinthians 13:1
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
1 Corinthians 13:13
And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
instead of telling people that their religion is evil.. why not show them that we are loving, and hopefully they will see the love of God in us..

Christianity is historically the most violent religion ever created. I judge the individual, not the belief system.

It's kinda like being a light in a dark room. The light, of course, is the Truth and love of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.
