I just received my year-end bonus check and would like to send something as a gesture of "thanks" to a group of 8 people in a regional office that support my activity in the field. I did the fruit/ candy/nut baskets last year. My counter-part did the fancy popcorn from Chicago last year. I want to spend around $100-$150 a) Feel free to suggest group or individual items. b) If you're a big thinker, my counter-part and I can pool our money and spend more.

I like the idea of the gift card! Make it one for a resturant so they have the option of taking their families with them. One card per 8 members. You can your counterpart can go in together and give them $50 each on the card if you want.

Something they can share with their families. So few workplaces are family friendly in my area. Perhaps you could have a nice party and invite everyone and at least their significant others. A nice, relaxed gathering with good food and wine, along with a sincere thank you, would probably be much appreciated. Nothing is more valuable than the boss's time.

is a dinner gift card to common? like 25$ per person,, is that too cheap? maybe think chocolate. or you can always type in Thank you gift on the internet and i am sure lots of stuff that can be sold will pop up. Maybe you can get each one of them a meanful shirt, and have it embroidered with your company motto or logo, or their names. Or , you know those new bracelets everyone is wearing, the rubber ones? well you can give each one of them one of those with a positive catch word, like team work, or determination, or something like that, along with a mini candle in a candle holder or something but give it a twist, like a mini scented candle with a little string and tag attached that says something catchy like when we all work together, we win together.

How about a nice card and a gift certificate for everyone to go out to lunch? You could always give out individual cards and a bottle of wine too.

I wish I knew where you live, I was going to suggest tickets to a Broadway play. Maybe there's something around you in the Arts field like that.

You can find anything to be personally engraved, so it will probably mean a lot more to them with their names and such on an item. I would suggest a desk clock, or a nice set of pens.
